Ideal Family Getaway

The pool area at Carmel Beach Private Lodges was absolutely gorgeous. With clear views of the lake and comfy deck chairs, it was the perfect spot to relax while the kids enjoyed swimming in the shallow end. The gas fire pit was another highlight for us, allowing us to roast hotdogs and enjoy marshmallows under the stars. We spent countless hours just soaking in the leisure these facilities offered.

Fun for All Ages

Carmel Beach provided a variety of fun activities for kids. We loved the beachside water toys like SUPs and canoes, which kept my children entertained for hours. They had a blast paddling out on the lake, and it made family time that much more enjoyable. The games room was a perfect refuge on a rainy day, too!

Great Amenities

Luxurious Accommodations

We stayed in one of the lodges that was beautifully modern and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a Weber BBQ on our deck, which made for some fantastic meals with stunning lake views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall decor created a wonderful home-away-from-home experience.

This resort is truly a hidden gem! Our stay was luxurious and relaxing, with beautiful accommodations and a fantastic atmosphere. The only downside was the need for some extra cleaning supplies to keep everything tidy. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't wait to return!

Carmel Cove Resort is a lovely family spot right on the beach with stunning lake views and modern, clean lodges. It’s perfect for a group, but I suggest avoiding the top row if you have mobility issues due to the steep hike. While the amenities like kayaks and the pool are excellent for kids, the kitchen lacked sufficient dishes and seating for larger groups, which was a bit inconvenient.
